By accessing or using the Site in any manner — including visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials — you agree to be bound by these Terms. You also agree to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
StormChasingUSA.com is an independent informational and comparison website that helps visitors discover and research storm-chasing tours and tour operators in the United States. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or insurance provider. We do not sell, book, or arrange tours. Bookings and contracts are made directly between you and the relevant tour operator.
Storm chasing involves exposure to severe weather including tornadoes, large hail, damaging winds, lightning, flash floods, and other life-threatening hazards. Travel during storm-chasing tours often involves long hours on the road, rapidly changing weather conditions, and remote locations. Participation in any storm-chasing tour or related activity is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether you are physically, mentally, and medically fit to participate, and for obtaining adequate travel and medical insurance.
The tour operators, tours, prices, itineraries, reviews, and other information listed on the Site are provided by third parties and/or aggregated from public sources. Wall Cloud Productions AB:
You are responsible for performing your own due diligence — including contacting the operator directly, reviewing their terms, verifying insurance and safety procedures, and consulting independent sources — before booking any tour or relying on any information presented on the Site.
Any weather data, forecasts, storm reports, maps, or related information presented on the Site is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for official warnings or guidance from the U.S. National Weather Service or local emergency authorities. Do not use this Site to make life-safety decisions.
Although we do our best to keep the Site accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that any information — including prices, dates, availability, descriptions, or contact details — is accurate, complete, or current. All information should be verified directly with the relevant tour operator before booking.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wall Cloud Productions AB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or otherwise use any illustrations, photos, articles, or other content from this Site without prior written permission from us. If you quote content from this Site, please include a clear attribution and link back to the source page.
“Your content” means any material — including text, images, audio, video, and audio-visual material — that you submit to the Site, for whatever purpose, including comments, reviews, messages, and reminder requests.
You grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media, and the right to sub-license these rights and to bring an action for infringement.
You represent and warrant that your content complies with these Terms, does not infringe any third party’s rights, and is not illegal or unlawful.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to edit, remove, or refuse any user-submitted content for any reason. We do not undertake to monitor user submissions, and we are not responsible for the content of any user submission.
You are free to comment on articles, reviews, and tour operators on the Site. By doing so, you accept that we store data such as name, email address, URL, date and time, and IP address in our database. You also agree that we publish your comment (excluding the email address and IP address) on the Site.
We do not guarantee to publish all comments. Comments we may decline to publish include, but are not limited to:

You are free to write reviews of tours and tour operators. By submitting a review you accept that we store the provided data, including (but not limited to) name, country, email address, and IP address.
By writing a review you agree that:
A review that does not meet these conditions may still be published if you provide sufficient information about your association (for example, disclosing that you received the tour for free).
If you use the reminder function to schedule a follow-up to write a review, you agree that we store your email address in our database and send the reminder email to you. We aim to send one reminder per request.
The Site offers an optional newsletter that may include editorial content and advertising from, but not limited to, storm-chasing tour companies. You may sign up via dedicated newsletter forms on the Site, or when submitting a review or comment (by leaving the corresponding checkbox marked).
We currently use Mailchimp as our newsletter provider; this may change in the future. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. If you experience technical issues unsubscribing, please contact us at info@stormchasingusa.com.
You must not use the Site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Site or impairment of its availability or accessibility; or in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use the Site to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material that consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, virus, Trojan, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, or other malicious software.
You must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activity (including scraping, data mining, data extraction, or data harvesting) on or in relation to the Site without our express written consent.
You must not use the Site to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications, or for any marketing purpose, without our express written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason — including (without limitation) breach of these Terms. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
The Site contains links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Wall Cloud Productions AB. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
Nothing in these Terms will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) limit any liability in a way not permitted under applicable law; or (d) exclude any liability that may not be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
As a user of the Site, you assume full responsibility for evaluating whether the information provided is correct, unbiased, and applicable to your situation.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wall Cloud Productions AB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use of the Site, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. If any unlawful or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were removed, that part will be deemed removed, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
These Terms are for the benefit of you and us only, and are not intended to confer rights on, or be enforceable by, any third party.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site, and supersede all previous agreements regarding such use.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with the District Court of Malmö as the court of first instance, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@stormchasingusa.com with (a) a description of the work you claim has been infringed, (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing content, (c) your contact details, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will respond promptly and remove infringing content where appropriate.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms by posting the updated Terms on the Site and updating the “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
