I first started storm chasing in 1980, I offered my first storm chasing tour 1994 for one week, I than started offering storm chasing tours all session in 1997. We have seen many tornado's over the years but we're not out to set records. We're all about offering a quality storm chasing experience with safety first!
We offer professional storm chasing tours led by a team of experienced guides and a meteorologist that has a proven track record at finding severe storms with Tornadoes. You'll learn the basics of forecasting severe storms, you'll gain a greater understanding of how storms work as we follow the weather systems traveling across tornado alley during the spring storm season.
You can ask us questions about storm dynamics and storm chasing techniques. We'll share the techniques we use to capture storms and lightning in our amazing photographs and video. There is no required interaction, so you can get exactly what you want from our chase tours. Being a guide is more than just being a successful storm chaser - it's about understanding how to let our guests get the most from their tour experience in a safe and unforgettable manner.
Our tour vehicle is always a newer passenger vans and or SUV Suburbans. We limit our capacity to 2 guests per row, meaning you'll have comfortable space and a window seat during our tour. Our van's/SUV is serviced and cleaned between each tour and undergoes a safety check before each tour. All seat belts are functional. Our vans/SUV features complimentary WiFi and outlets to charge your electronic devices. Our van comes with full Air-Conditioning, with multiple overhead vents in each row.
