2015 chase season starting (for me)

It’s finally time for my highly anticipated trip to the USA and my start of the 2015 chase season! Tomorrow morning I am finally leaving for Tulsa and the start of my chase. The last couple of weeks have been quite busy for me so I haven’t been able to study as much as last year but I spent yesterday freshening up on my old notes. I haven’t really followed the storm season that much but it seems to have been quite a slow start except for one big outbreak day in mid May.

Today seems like a nice day to be chasing but according to the comments of more experienced chasers next week may not be as promising so my expectations are low. Following up on the horrible weather on my last two tours (five chase days out of 16 tour days!) I booked two weeks this year in order to really up my chances of bag something cool. First I will be going 6 days with Extreme Chase Tours and Lanny again followed up by a week of partner chasing with David Williams from Tulsa.

I really, really hope this season will be a good one and that my luck will turn!
